The following enhancements were required prior to the implementation of a new billing system: required enhancements to 5,000+ objects and files in coordination with a third party billing implementation with limited client application subject matter expert availability; limited internal AS400 RPG & COBOL, DB2 client resources available; estimated 10,000+ man hour effort required to design, develop, test, and implement the additional enhancements and functionality; and limited timeframe to complete project in coordination with the new billing system.
