Client wanted to improve regression testing for their Web-based and Client/Server version hosted application suite. Regression testing was being performed every five (5) to six (6) weeks and proving difficult given the volume of test scripts and data that needed to be tested.
MATRIX Solution: 

MATRIX Professional Services was asked to provide professional services to support a long-term offshore testing model for the successful execution of the required regression testing prior to each minor and major release. MATRIX assembled a team of 4 to 5 offshore testers to execute the client defined test cases on an ongoing basis.

Results / Benefits: 

Client has reported lower regression type defects being implemented into production, lower testing costs, quicker test cycles, and the ability to increase the number of releases into production per year. MATRIX continues to provide testing support on a monthly basis for all new deployments of the software.
