Client did not have any test scripts for the accounts receivable functional area for their store Point of Sale (POS) system. Test analyst resources were also fully engaged with release testing and there was a lack of confidence in enhancements due to the ad-hoc nature of testing.
MATRIX Solution: 

MATRIX Professional Services provided a team of offshore developers to research defects, identify resolutions, and implement fixes into code for their store Point of Sale (POS) system. The offshore team would also work on select small enhancements as directed by the client. MATRIX established processes for critical path test scripts, boundary testing, and release testing of the A/R area of POS system. The team also created detailed manual and automated test scripts.
